Adding a tree means you are donating a dollar to plant a tree. This will be conveniently added to your purchase if you opt to donate. We have partnered with our friends at One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization that focuses on global reforestation.

All orders are shipped within the next business day. We use standard shipping so your package should arrive within 3-5 days.

We're sorry to hear that! We do our best so these things do not occur. For some reason you didn't get what you ordered, please contact us including a photo of the item. We will send you a shipping return label. Once we check the item condition, refund will be issued within 6-7 business days
